My name is Natalie Janoe and I am a wife, as well as a mother to two young girls. I enjoy gardening, swimming, baking, nature walks, Jane Austen movies, and caring for my family’s senior dog and pet rabbit. I obtained my BS in Chemistry from Western Carolina University in 2011, with a minor in biology and a concentration in environmental chemistry. In 2013 I completed my MS in Chemistry with thesis work in organic synthesis. Since then, I have worked in various places tutoring, teaching, and even in the private sector as a laboratory analyst. For the past three years I have been focused primarily on homeschooling my two precious daughters while also being involved in a homeschool co-op and other church and sports endeavors. I enjoy teaching science in general, but chemistry is definitely my favorite science discipline. I love the fact that there are always new things to learn and explore and I try to learn something new every day. I feel blessed to be involved with FCS in whatever capacity the Lord intends and I cannot wait to see where he takes me on this new adventure!
